A group of young people from Barne Barton recently visited The Royal William Yard to attend this years Illuminate Light Festival. The young people set off from Tamar View Community Centre and took the Bus to Stonehouse Bridge and walked the rest of the way, and the bus journey was full of many a laugh. The annual light festival is a display of art and instillation’s that fascinate all of its viewers. The young people spent some time seeing the whole exhibition. The young people all commented on how bright and energetic the lights made you feel, they particularly liked the rainbow shower exhibition and having a conversation with one of the younger artists from the show. After having a good explore of the festival the group walked down to Union Street and got some cheesy chips before heading back to Barne Barton.
