During half-term a group of 14 young people attended a sunset stroll to Saltash Passage via Kinterbury Creek along with some of Tamar View Community Complex’s Community Youth Workers as part of their half-term programme. The young people set off from the heart of Barne Barton and took some photos along the way. Many young people along the way commented on their favourite parts of Barne Barton as well as some of the parts that they didn’t like so much. One of the most popular places that the young people liked was in fact Kinterbury Creek! The walk took a route that offered some pretty impressive views of the Tamar and Brunel Bridge.
The young people walked through the creek and finally made it to the passage and messed around in the park before sunset. As the sun started to set all the young people gathered around and took photographs of each other in front of the beautiful backdrop. The young people then settled down on the green for some hot chocolates and pasties as well as a few biscuits too.
